She will play Rachel Wells, a "young, super-chic, stylish, and intimidating social media guru' who lords over a publicity shoot of the girl group and maneuvers Star (Jude Demorest) and Eva (Sharlene Taulé) into "pushing some boundaries". Apparently, Jackson has been working very hard laying the ground-work for a successful career; she's been taking acting lesson for years now.
According to the Fox announcement, Jackson will guest star in an upcoming episode of "Star", which stars Queen Latifah as the mentor of an aspiring girl group in hot pursuit of fame and fortune. She was also called out for saying that she was concerned for Justin Bieber. A recent meeting with Lee was also mentioned in Paris' buzzy Rolling Stone cover story that led to him talking to her manager about the possibility of appearing on Star.
