The publication used the picture alongside a still of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in an article about settlements in the Middle Eastern country. Although AP correctly identified the photo as Baldwin, the newspaper's staff did not notice and thought it was of Trump.

The photo was instead "placed as if it was Trump", the paper explained, apologizing to readers and all those who were affected by the error.
