With the support of millions of generous Americans, major partners and hundreds of celebrities, Red Nose Day has raised more than $60 million in its first two years since launching in the U.S.in 2015.

Long before Andrew Lincoln was Rick Grimes, the zombie-killing leader of a group of human survivors on "The Walking Dead", he was an unlucky-in-love romantic in the much-loved 2003 movie "Love Actually".

Red Nose Day will air on NBC May 25 at 10/9c on NBC and the reunion aptly titled Red Nose, Actually will air after the broadcast. And as I say Andrew Lincoln is back, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Keira Knightley, and Colin Firth.

"We're really looking forward to Red Nose Day and having a good old sing-along to a classic song, which the residents love", said area operations director Caroline Dungan. Emma Thompson will not reprise her role because of Alan Rickman's death.

The most hotly anticipated event this year is a sequel to the hit film Love Actually for which the original cast have reunited.

"I would never have dreamt of writing a sequel to Love Actually, but I thought it might be fun to do 10 minutes to see what everyone is now up to", Curtis stated.
