Creative Assembly have a plan for combining the campaigns of Total War: Warhammer 2 and the first Total War: Warhammer into one mega-map, but that capability will only be coming after the launch of the sequel.

The sequel is the second part of what will ultimately be a trilogy, with the game taking place on the continents far to the west of the Old World. Listed on Steam as due later in 2017, the sequel will introduce a whole new continent and four new races: High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen and (though not yet directly named, it's pretty clear) Skaven. Naturally, each of those races comes with new hero characters, new races and new story quest battles to follow, surrounding a struggle for control over the Great Vortex that swirls over the elven lands of Ulthuan.

Total War Warhammer 2 will be merging with the original Total War Warhammer game, melding the regions of the Southlands, Lustria, Ulthuan, and Naggaroth together with the Old World of the previous game. Like the other Total Wars, Warhammer and Warhammer II are about micromanaging large-scale platoons in epic skirmishes.

Federer denies Kyrgios, will battle Nadal for Miami crown
The big final is going to take place tomorrow, we can not wait to see the big confrontation between the megastars. Kyrgios said afterward that he was not surprised Federer had the fans on his side.

Total War: Warhammer was a big success when it launched a year ago, receiving critical acclaim and becoming the fastest-selling Total War game ever.

If you want to see the Total War Warhammer 2 trailer for yourself, all you have to do is look further up in the article. Players will be able to embark on campaigns as any owned, playable race from both games. It is described as a "vast, combined campaign map representing the geographical areas of both games in a single map".

Total War: Warhammer II is planned for release later this year. For multiplayer, you can play as any race you own from the first and second game, and you can participate in a two-player cooperative campaign because each race features two Legendary Lords.
