Now, leakster Evan Blass, has shared what seems like the first renders of the HTC U. Storage wise the HTC smartphone will come with two storage variants - 64GB and 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded to external microSD card. "Rumours suggest that the upcoming phone codenamed "Ocean" get might launched under its" U" series - and that it could simply be called the "HTC U".
The HTC U will be best known for its touch sensitive frame which will gives users an additional means to control actions on the device. Twitter user LlabTooFeR posted a few details regarding the upcoming flagship smartphone. Called "Edge Sense", the frame-embedded sensors will allow users to perform various functions with simple gestures like squeezing or swiping along its left and right sides. It will also have a 5.5-inch WQHD display with a 3D Gorilla Glass 5 Protection and will be powered by the newest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. Apart from that, the smartphone is also expected to ship with Android Nougat-based Sense 9 out-of-the-box.
